    Venezuelan lawyer specialized in corporate law, intellectual property, civil and commercial law. His experience is concentrated in the area of civil procedural law. He is Partner-President of the Civil Society Azuaje Paris y Asociados Abogados since 2022, where he provides legal services at national and international level in various areas of law. He was Vice-President of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at Banorte, Banco Comercial where he supervised the process of compliance and adaptation to the Basel standards required by local regulations, managing the relations and communications with the Superintendence of Banking Sector Institutions; he also participated in the purchase of Universal de Seguros while it was intervened, he was an important part of obtaining the licenses of the Reinsurance Company Kairos and the Brokerage Company Altitud Plus; no less important he bought the Company Avon Cosmetics.<\/p>\n

    Argenis Azuaje is a lawyer graduated from Universidad Santa Maria in 2004 with postgraduate studies in Corporate Law from Universidad Metropolitana between 2007 and 2009. In addition, he has attended seminars and workshops, including the United Nations Convention against Transactional Organized Crime in 2003, organized by the Supreme Court of Justice T.S.J.
