Venezuelan lawyer with an extensive professional career in the legal field. She obtained her law degree from the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 1990 and specialized in international economic and integration law at the same university in 1998. He has also completed a series of master's degrees, specializations, doctorates, post-doctorates and diplomas in various fields of law, such as Constitutional Law, International Criminal Law, Human Rights and Public International Law.

As for his work experience, he has worked in different State institutions, such as the Ministry of Development, INCE and the Attorney General's Office of the Republic, as well as in the Judiciary Council and the Supreme Court of Justice, where he has held several positions as temporary and regular judge of the Ninth Municipal Court of the Judicial District of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas, Second Municipal Judge of the Executor of Measures, Provisional Judge of the First Superior Civil, Commercial, Transit and Banking Court of the Judicial District of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas, and Coordinating Judge of the Municipal Courts of the Judicial District of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas, as well as Judge of the Municipal Courts of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas, Transit and Banking of the Judicial District of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas and Coordinating Judge of the Municipal Courts of the Judicial District of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas, as well as Alternate Judge of the Circuit of First Instance in Civil, Mercantile, Commercial, Transit and Banking matters of this same Circuit, Finally, she retired in the year 2021 as First Superior Judge in Civil, Commercial, Transit and Banking of the Judicial District of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas, on the other hand, she works as an advisor of private companies, Racimec Internacional S. A., Atlas Marine, among others.
