Javier Eduardo Garrido Lingg is a legal professional with expertise in corporate law. Javier has worked as legal counsel for various companies in the United States and Latin America, providing guidance on civil, banking, commercial, mercantile, and administrative proceedings. He has also served as an arbitrator in arbitration proceedings. Additionally, he has advised corporate structures involved in civil, commercial, and administrative disputes, representing them in court and administrative agencies.

Javier has litigated civil, banking, and commercial cases, including those before the Supreme Tribunal of Justice in Venezuela. He has participated in arbitration proceedings, including those under the International Chamber of Commerce rules, and is qualified as an arbitrator. His advisory work includes assisting operating companies with corporate operations, takeovers, tender offers, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy, capital markets, securities regulation, alternative dispute resolution, and qualification as brokerage houses. He has also drafted legal opinions on civil, commercial, banking, and capital markets matters.
