He served for 13 years at the Centro de Investigaciones Científicas Penales y Criminalísticas (C.I.C.P.C.), where he acquired great experience in the area of investigation and prosecution of crimes, including financial and economic crimes, violence and human trafficking, and protection of children and adolescents. He was a Professor at the Universidad Nacional Experimental de la Seguridad (U.N.E.S.) and at the Instituto Universitario de Policía Científica (I.U.P.O.L.C.), which demonstrates his ability to share his knowledge and skills in the field of law with other professionals and students.
