He is a specialist in International Criminal Law, which has allowed him to develop specific skills and knowledge in the field of international criminal justice, including the investigation and prosecution of human rights crimes, crimes against humanity and other international crimes.

He served for 13 years at the Centro de Investigaciones Científicas Penales y Criminalísticas (C.I.C.P.C.), where he acquired great experience in the area of investigation and prosecution of crimes, including financial and economic crimes, violence and human trafficking, and protection of children and adolescents. He was a Professor at the Universidad Nacional Experimental de la Seguridad (U.N.E.S.) and at the Instituto Universitario de Policía Científica (I.U.P.O.L.C.), which demonstrates his ability to share his knowledge and skills in the field of law with other professionals and students.

Julio Alejandro Azuaje Domínguez is a lawyer graduated from Universidad Santa María in 2006, standing out in his professional practice for his ability to understand in depth the needs of his clients and to offer effective solutions adapted to their requirements. His broad experience in different areas of law allows him to approach cases from a multidisciplinary perspective, which has allowed him to obtain positive results in complex and challenging cases.
